Trauma & Resilience A Lifetime of Yesterdays 6/18/24

Trauma, trauma, trauma; it often comes up as the source of many of our illnesses. My journey through my past directed itself right to it. It's so easy to see, hear, feel, smell, and taste it. Trauma is as simple as it is complex. It can result from various sources, including abuse, both physical and emotional. Trauma can be long-lasting; it has been for me.

One thing you can do with trauma is use it as a foundation for resilience, which I have found has helped me beat alcoholism and cancer, become successful, and fight MS. My point is: I use my trauma as motivation for the required resilience; you might as well get something good out of your trauma. Remember: If I can do these things, so can you!

Also, here is a reel my excellent coach and all-around sweet person, Lexie Brito, made of my one-mile walk for MS.

Peace, Chris
